In its bid to expand its operations, the company requires competent and dynamic dynamic individual for the position of: Senior Quantity Surveyor

POSITION: Senior Quantity Surveyor

JOB SPECIFICATIONS: The position oversees the valuation, costing, preparation of bills of quantities, materials schedules, budgeting and labour material etc, ensuring that jobs are executed profitably

PERSONS SPECIFICATIONS

* Must posses a degree or HND in quantity surveying. M.Sc or MBA are added advantage.
* Should possess at least four years experience in similar role in s a construction company.
* Membership of the relevant professional body very important.
* The position requires advanced IT skills and familiarity with engineering software.
