Our client is looking for a Project Quality Manager for a residential position based in Paris, France. The role is being offered on a 1 year renewable contract with the start dated being 1/9/2010. You must be eligible to work in the EU to be considered for this position. Main Duties:- * To ensure that the Project Quality Management System is developed, implemented and monitored in accordance with the Project Quality requirements and with the ISO 9000 requirements. * To ensure that the Contractor Quality Management System is fully developed, implemented and maintained in compliance with the Contract requirements. * To be responsible for the Quality aspects for Tenders. Identify Develop and Implement Project Management System documents (Plans, Procedures and Work Instructions). * Anticipate and plan QA/QC resources in order to meet Project Quality needs during all Project phases. * Develop and implement a suitable Audit Programme to cover Internal, External and Surveillance audit activities during all Project phases. * Identify and implement the Project continual improvement processes, (Lessons Learned, Customer Satisfaction etc.). * Define Package Quality Requirements and evaluate Contractor Quality Tender Submissions, make recommendations/decisions on technical options as appropriate. * Management of Package QC activities to ensure that Contractor Quality Control Requirements are identified and implemented in accordance with Package specified requirements. * Ensure that Project Certification Requirements are adequately identified and verified for all Package scope of work to include third party verification.
